The world, society, business and our economy are changing rapidly. Expectations for employees and business are evolving due to artificial intelligence (AI) and rapidly evolving organizational culture.  Successful organizations are becoming learning organizations as technology and information is evolving at a record pace.  This program is designed to help you understand the complex world of communications and tools that will help you improve relationships, customer service, conflict resolution, management, marketing and performance.  This program blends best practices from education, business and psychology to help individuals and organizations understand human behavior, communicate, work together, plan and improve performance.

This workshop uses specific examples from business, local government, and higher education to explain human behavior.  We use the scientifically tested Emergenetics Profile to identify thinking preferences and behaviors.  The participants learn about innovative communication skills by using current examples, understanding advanced concepts, role playing and experiential learning.

Workshop Objectives:
Participants learn new skills that help them immediately improve relationships & productivity.

  • Understand your own thinking and behavior preferences
  • Understand how to communicate with other people who have different preferences

Communication is the foundation for successful learning organizations who will lead in the new global economy. Start now as the world is changing fast.

Emergenetics Profile:
The power behind the Emergenetics® Profile psychometric testing is that it measures patterns of Thinking and Behaving that emerge from your genetic blueprint and life experiences.  Unlike other profiles that merge the patterns into four areas, Emergenetics measures individual preferences over seven attributes.  The participants complete the profiles on-line prior to the workshop.

Key Takeaways of the Emergenetics® Profile
The Emergenetics Model provides an easy to apply visual representation that helps individuals quickly identify preferences.  Customized profile results provide the opportunity to:
  • Increase Team Collaboration By Leveraging Team Member Strengths
  • Manage Communications to Increase Team Engagement & Motivation
  • Improve Meeting Outcomes By Adapting Communication to Emergenetics Preferences of the Team
  • Creating Opportunities to Manage Conflict using Healthy Debate Strategies
  • Increase Ability to Gain Team Buy-In and Commitment

Each participant get their profile, a laminated guide for how to best communication with the differently styles, and their profile on a mouse pad and badge.

Here are a few quotes from prior participants in Everhart & Associates workshops:

  • Eye-opening experience, learned a lot about myself and others
  • Helped me to understand my co-workers
  • I am excited to learn more, read the book, and have my husband take the profile
  • Very beneficial, I have done others but this is more in-depth and thought out
  • I really like this and know I will use these concepts, interactive &insightful
