History
Sourcewell and FleetPros have built a longstanding partnership rooted in a shared commitment to strengthening public fleets and the professionals who keep them running.
The relationship began in 2016, when both organizations recognized a powerful opportunity: support fleet managers, technicians, and industry leaders with practical education, efficient procurement pathways, and meaningful professional connection.
Early collaboration focused on training and mentorship, chapter education speaker grants, educational sessions, and support of the FleetCon awards ceremony. These efforts laid the foundation for a partnership built on aligned values, transparency, and mutual investment in the fleet community.
Over time, the partnership has continued to grow alongside the evolving needs of public agencies. Milestones such as the launch and expansion of the Fleet Management Series 101 and 201 programs established board representation, and ongoing support of the annual FleetCon conference and award ceremony have shaped how Sourcewell and FleetPros show up for one another and for their members.
