Please note:  When registering, choose Exhibitor to register the organization.  This person will be the MAIN CONTACT who will be responsible for coordinating the booth logistics and paperwork. This person is not in any way registered for the conference - it is strictly for communications regarding the Expo and exhibit booths.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cvent allows only one (1) email address per event registration. If you will also be attending the conference onsite as booth staff, please use your company’s email address for the booth purchase. (example: sales@xyz.com)  Your work email address with be used to register as booth staff.

The show floor is not  built until a majority of the booths have been sold.  We do not provide a document that you may select the location of your booth.  Sponsors are given priority placement on the show floor.  You may request to be near (or not be near) a competitor.  We will do our best to honor requests but do not guarantee it.

All Booth Staff will be registered separately.  Instructions for registering Booth Staff will be sent after confirmation of registration.

Also note: Booths are assigned on a first paid-first assigned basis. The earlier you register and pay, the better the location you are assigned. Requests for specific booth spaces may be considered but are not guaranteed. 

We allow only one organization per booth.  Those organizations that have a business need may request to be placed next to each other and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.

Early Bird registration ends May 15, 2026. All payments MUST be received by July 1, 2026.

  • Two (2) Booth Staff - full conference passes including meals, general sessions, and networking events
  • One (1) Pre-list of attendees will be sent prior to the show

10 X 20 Booth (minimum size for a vehicle)

Price:

Members of Fleetpros:  $2200 ($2530 after 5/15/2026)
Non-members:  $3005 ($3456 after 5/15/2026)

20 X 20 OR 10 X 40 Booth (min size for large refuse vehicle)

Price:
Members of Fleetpros:  $3910 ($4497 after 5/15/2026)
Non-members:  $4910 ($5647 after 5/15/2026)

Includes:

  • Booth with pipe and drape, 8' skirted table, waste basket, and two (2) chairs
  • Four (4) Booth Staff - full conference passes including meals, general sessions, and networking events
  • One (1) Pre-list of attendees will be sent prior to the show
  • Final attendee list with contact email within one (1) week of close of Show

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org.

If you find that you cannot attend FleetCon, whether as an Exhibitor, Attendee, Guest, or Technician, you will need to make your cancellation request in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org.

The terms and conditions of the below cancellation policies are also agreed to during the registration process.


Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedules below. If you cancel your registration before payment is made, you are still financially liable for the cost of the cancellation fee.


If circumstances arise and we find it necessary to cancel our event, we will refund 100% of registration fees paid by sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.

Exhibitor/Sponsor
Cancellation prior to June 1, 2026 - 10% administration fee charged
Cancellation between June 1 - 30, 2026 - 50% of total purchase price
Cancellation on or after July 1, 2026 - No refund given / total purchase price owed

All Exhibitor/Sponsor registrations must be paid by July 1, 2026.

 


FleetCon welcomes your booth staff!

Booth Staff are to be registered separately. Instructions for registering your booth staff will be provided (after confirmation of booth registration and at the start of Attendee registration) to the contact listed on the Exhibitor registration.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:  If the person listed as the primary contact for the Exhibitor AND will be working onsite as booth staff, the individual will need to be registered as Booth Staff, as well, and counts toward the allotted Booth Staff Passes.
 
Each Booth Package comes with a set number of conference passes based on the size of the booth as listed below.
  • 10x10: Two (2) Booth Staff Passes
  • 10x20: Two (2) Booth Staff Passes
  • 10x30: Three (3) Booth Staff Passes
  • 20x20 or 10x40: Four (4) Booth Staff Passes
All Booth Staff must be registered by July 31, 2026
All charged Booth Staff passes must be paid by July 31, 2026.
 
Additional Booth Staff
If an Exhibitor wishes to have additional staff above the allotted number for the booth, the Exhibitor must purchase a FULL Booth Staff Pass at the prevailing rate of the Attendee Full Conference Pass (pricing can be found on this site at the Attendee Registration page). We do not make allowances for trading conference badges or expo only time.
