FleetCon 2026 Cancellation Policies

If at any time you would like to make changes to your registration, or print an invoice to mail in with check payment, or pay by credit card, you can return to your registration via the link contained in your confirmation email and your confirmation #. For the most up-to-date conference information & to get information to book your hotel room please visit the conference home page.
All Cancellations must be in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org.
If you find that you cannot attend Fleetcon, whether as an Exhibitor, Attendee, Guest, or Technician, you will need to make your cancellation request in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org. The terms and conditions of the below cancellation policies are also agreed to during the registration process.
Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedules below. If you cancel your registration before payment is made, you are still financially liable for the cost of the cancellation fee.
If circumstances arise and we find it necessary to cancel our event, we will refund 100% of registration fees paid by sponsors, exhibitors and attendees.
Attendee / Technician / Paid Booth Staff
Cancellation prior to June 1, 2026 - Full refund less 10% administrative fee
Cancellation between June 1 - July 31, 2026 - 50% refund of total purchase price
Cancellation after July 31, 2026 - No refund given / total purchase price owed
Substitutions are accepted at any time without penalty.

All Attendee / Technician / Paid Booth Staff registrations must be paid by July 31, 2026.
Exhibitor/Sponsor
Cancellation prior to June 1, 2026 - Full refund less 10% administration fee charged
Cancellation between June 1 - 30, 2026 - 50% of total purchase price
Cancellation on or after July 1, 2026 - No refund given / total purchase price owed
All Exhibitor/Sponsor registrations must be paid by July 1, 2026.
FleetCon is committed to keeping our conference as green as possible. We make an effort to provide all information electronically. We hope to limit use of excessive paper by offering electronic conference materials such as the conference schedule, speaker information, accommodation and travel information, and more. Please consider accessing information electronically before printing. We appreciate your efforts towards keeping the conference green as well!
