All Cancellations must be in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org.
If you find that you cannot attend Fleetcon, whether as an Exhibitor, Attendee, Guest, or Future Leader, you will need to make your cancellation request in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org. The terms and conditions of the below cancellation policies are also agreed to during the registration process.
Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedules below. If you cancel your registration before payment is made, you are still financially liable for the cost of the cancellation fee.

We hope to limit use of excessive paper by offering electronic conference materials such as the conference schedule, speaker information, accommodation and travel information, and more.
