Each one day pass will include any meals, sessions, networking events and expo time scheduled for the day chosen.

Expo Only Pass
Expo Only passes are available to individuals who own, maintain, or manage a fleet. Expo Only Passes are NOT available to vendors, suppliers or distributors. Expo Only Pass available on 8/25/2020 from 1:45 to 3:30 pm.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
All Cancellations must be in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org.
If you find that you cannot attend Fleetcon, whether as an Exhibitor, Attendee, Guest, or Technician, you will need to make your cancellation request in writing to business.manager@fleetpros.org. The terms and conditions of the below cancellation policies are also agreed to during the registration process.
Cancellation fees will apply according to the schedules below. If you cancel your registration before payment is made, you are still financially liable for the cost of the cancellation fee.
Attendee / Technician / Guest
Cancellation prior to July 1, 2020 - Full refund minus $25.00 administrative fee
Cancellation between July 1 - August 14, 2020 - 50% refund of total purchase price
Cancellation after August 14, 2020 - No refund given / total purchase price owed
Exhibitor / Booth Staff
Cancellation prior to June 1, 2020 - $150.00 administration fee charged
Cancellation between June 1 - 30, 2020 - 50% of total purchase price
Cancellation after July 1, 2020 - No refund given / total purchase price owed
FleetCon is committed to keeping our conference as green as possible. We make an effort to provide all information electronically. We hope to limit use of excessive paper by offering electronic conference materials such as the conference schedule, speaker information, accommodation and travel information, and more. Please consider accessing information electronically before printing. We appreciate your efforts towards keeping the conference green as well!
