| Position Description: | The city of Las Vegas invites applications for Mechanic. This position diagnoses and performs major and minor repairs on all systems of diesel and gasoline engines; performs diagnostic activities for electronic fuel systems and electronic computer-controlled systems; maintains and repairs a variety of Medium and Light Duty vehicles, small equipment, and motorcycles including diesel, gasoline, and alternative fuels engines. We currently have 2 positions to fill, and anticipate 1 more this summer. We have competitive wages and a quality benefits package. This position starts at $27.08/hr. and primarily works on light-duty vehicles and equipment. We have a diverse Fleet of Ford, Chevrolet, Ram/Dodge, John Deere, among others. |
