The ideal candidate in this position will excel in managing and optimizing a diverse fleet of vehicles, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic planning skills. They will oversee and participate in the maintenance and repair of City vehicles and equipment and ensuring shop safety. They will also supervise and coordinate Fleet Maintenance staff and ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; maintain a variety of records and reports; and perform a variety of complex administrative support tasks. We currently have one vacancy in the Maintenance & Operations Department in which hiring will begin immediately following the close of this recruitment. This recruitment will also establish a list for future vacancies, which will be filled as they occur. |
