FleetCon 2025 Recap

Arizona sunsets are renowned for their breathtaking colors, but this year FleetCon 2025 took spotlight and took everyone’s breath away.  FleetCon 2025 focused on providing exceptional fleet industry education, industry leading Expo Show with fantastic leading-edge vendors, and peer to peer networking opportunities.

For the first time, FleetCon offered 3 different pre-conference sessions ranging from proactive fleet maintenance strategies, increasing communication capacity, and unlocking fleet management excellence.  These three high quality pre-conference sessions indicate FleetCon’s dedication on providing higher level learning for our attendees.

Continuing with education, this year we recognized the first class of 49 to complete the Fleet Management 101 Series.  In this series, participants received a comprehensive lineup of eight, one-hour virtual sessions designed to elevate their fleet management expertise.  Additionally, the newly created Fleet Management 201 Series virtually kicked off with 21 participants in March 2025 and concluded at FleetCon.  These newly created educational opportunities provide valuable insights into what it takes to be and become a great fleet manager.

Let’s not forget about the unforgettable keynote speaker Dan Clark!  Dan Clark’s ability to connect with his audience through his topic of “The Art of Significance, Achieving the Level of Beyond Success,” really brought home how important our services are to the community we serve.  His ability to tie his interesting life to lessons we can all understand was an amazing event to experience.

The expo show was one for the books!  The expo hall was buzzing with energy, and all the vendors brought their A-game.  The expo floor sold out all 134 booths, with 55 vendors that included a trailer outside the expo hall showcasing leading-edge technologies.  We are grateful to our vendor community for the continued support and belief in the FleetCon.  FleetCon would not be possible without them.

Lastly, we had numerous opportunities to network with our peers.  Attendees were able to showcase the golf skills at the Top Golf during the welcome reception and numerous breakfasts in the expo hall.  Tuesday night for the first time the attendee reception was held inside the expo hall with games, food, and lots of energy.  And at the closing reception at State 48 Funk House Brewery attendees were able to network one last time over food and bowling before concluding the conference.

Although this year’s conference was a huge success, we invite everyone to ride the momentum into next year’s FleetCon in Colorado where FleetPros will be celebrating its 50th anniversary as a nonprofit fleet management association!  This huge milestone is a testament to organization’s strength and dedication to the fleet industry.
